Shipping Information
All items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be notified of all back ordered items and we will keep you informed of the shipping status of your order. You will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped to you.
Pasadena Home Collection ships via UPS Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Telephone numbers and email addresses must accompany all orders so that we can communicate any shipping information about your order. All orders will be shipped regular ground delivery unless otherwise requested.
Return Policy
In order to meet the needs of our customers we offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise. If you are not sure about a color or pattern we recommend that you purchase a swatch sample or small item such as a sham, washcloth or pillowcase to avoid the cost of return shipping. We offer swatch samples at 3 for $5.00 in order to help you make the best selection of color or design.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by your sales receipt. Please return items in new and unused condition, as we can only accept a return on an item that has not been used. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped; including all tags and product information. We reserve the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. Once we have reviewed the merchandise and it is considered an acceptable return we will refund the amount of the merchandise and credit to your account.
